Once to our room he showed in detail everything we needed to know! He made him self accessible throughout our stay for any questions that we had arise and truly offered the best customer service I’ve ever received from a hotel stay. After we completed the check in process, Diego then showed us around the resort, told us what everything was, where everything was, and the times that everything was open. Diego welcomed us inside the door with some popsicles and grabbed our drink order while we were checking in which was much needed after the confusion of being brought to the resort. After some hiccups with our airport transfer getting us to the correct resort, we finally arrived and were greeted immediately with a smile and warm welcome from the staff. I checked into the brand new Margaritaville on June 12th. All in all we are looking forward to returning next year!!… They did botch up our room assignment at first but quickly corrected it. Our arrival and departure were made enjoyable by their staff as well.

It was a very nice room with large double sink bath and rainfall shower, king bed, living area with another 55" Tv and a nice sized balcony overlooking the SOS pool. Refrigerator stocked with water and a point system for your stay where you can fill it with more at Joe Merchant shop. When its time to retreat to your room you find a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Bands, karaoke, and a big screen Super bowl party by the pool entertained us at night. Beer wasn't always the coldest but they would hook you up with a bucket of ice! The onsite recreation gals Tamara and Angie were awesome! They keep you busy with aerobics and activities during your stay. Food was excellent at all the restaurants and the drinks were plentiful.
